Wells Fargo Customer Service SUCKS
An award winner! Wells Fargo Bank wins with the worst customer service known to man. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes now and continue to hold.
The funny thing is that the first agent I reached, Lee Dominquez, was on hold with me as he tried to "warm transfer" me to the agent who could help. But, even Lee couldn't wait any longer. He threw me in the queue and just left me there. I asked him if he saw the irony in the fact that he, a customer service "Team Member" couldn't wait, but I, the customer, was supposed to wait.
I was calling to pay off a mortgage. I am sure if I was calling to buy something I would have been jumped to the front.
For this act of shitty customer service Wells Fargo wins the "Shitty customer service award".
