The Army is taking Felons at an Alarming Rate
The military is struggling to make their "numbers" in recruiting. According to Counterrecruiter.net the Army is taking convicted felons and people with crime records at an alarming rate. In an article titled, "Out of Jail and Into the Army" they site a number of troubling statistics:
- 17% of all recruits who entered the Army in 2005 were entered with "waivers". This means they had something that disqualified them from service but the Army decided to waiver that requirement. We all know they were under tight recruiting numbers last year and this is the way they tried to make it up.
- For those who may think that there are always waivers, this is a 42% increase since the pre-2000 numbers.
- There are examples of domestic abuse people, drug addicts and other convicts getting into the military.
At this site, IRR Soldier (A frequent very good commentator on this site) tells it like it is in the comments section. However, there are the typical Army idiots who believe they have some control on information due to the fact that they need someone to tell them what clothes to wear in the morning. A jerk from the US Cavalry who identifies himself as SSG Caldwell. In his attempt to recruit he makes himself look like an idiot and is another reason why I would never go back into the mess that is the US Army.

You Can Resist Even if You are In The Military!
