Another IRR Soldier Takes Army to Court - Wins!

Another IRR soldier had to take the Army to court to fight the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) call up. The pattern is clear. The folks at HRC St. Louis are inept. They are recalling people at random and then leaving it up to the individual to fight it. I am sure a bunch have said, "oh well, if they say I have to go, I guess I have to go." Which is exactly what they are hoping for.

This is the equivalent of sending invoices randomly to companies. Some just pay them. That sounds like a horrible strategy. Reported and commented on at: Consul at Arms
